Gas Filled Cylinders-We warranty all of our gas filled cylinders to  and be free from defects and leakage for up to three years, depending upon storage conditions. Cylinders with a crimped closure, usually N20, O2 or Propane filled must not be stored below 40F as this may damage the seal. Custom made cylinders are not returnable. There is a 25% restocking fee for all other returned cylinders. Credit for punctured cylinders is not permitted unless a faulty Leland valve is returned with same.

Emergency Strobe Lights (ESL I and ESL II)-We warranty these units to be free from defects for one year after the date of purchase.  We also warranty the bulb for one year.  Defective units should be returned complete.  If the returned unit is found to be defective, a new replacement will be shipped within 14 days after receipt of original.

CO2 PicnicTap® All CO2 PicnicTap® units are designed to be free from defects for one year after the date of purchase.  A code is located near the inlet of the regulator and it can be identified back to the production lot origin.  All CO2 PicnicTap® units are bench tested at the normal working pressures to assure trouble-free operation.  If you believe your unit leaked, this can be tested at our factory.  Returns should be sent with an explanation of the defect to our facility. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective portion of the product.

PowerClean™ ProSeries–All ProSeries units are designed to be free from defects.  We are covering the valve for as long as you own it.  All ProSeries units are bench tested at the normal working pressures to assure trouble-free operation.  If you believe your unit leaked, this can be tested at our factory. At our discretion, we will immediately send a new or rebuilt unit.

Cream Whippers (Models 22202 and 22205)-The all metal head and the Stainless Steel body have a limited lifetime warranty and would be replaced free of charge or repaired at our expense. The rubber components, which make up the head, are considered to be wear items and may need to be replaced from time to time.  A small charge will apply for these replacement parts.  Extra brushes and nozzle tips can be purchased.  If a whipper is found to be defective, please contact us immediately. This product had a major change in 2008, some older models may need special consideration.

Cream Whipper (Model series: 2202X, 2205X & 221XX 0.25L, 0.5L & 1.0L respectively) These models are sold under the Donato DiGiacopo brand name since 2004. Since Leland is the authorized distributor, we will warranty these to be free from material defect for one year after the date of purchase. Rubber components and spare parts may be purchased. We can repair these units for a small charge plus return freight.

Soda Syphons  MrFizz Senior 1.0 liter Model 11105 The all metal head and the stainless steel body have a lifetime warranty and would be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Plastic syphon tube and washer, overfill sleeve and cartridge holders may be purchased.

Soda Syphons (Model Series 110xx Plastic Head, 1.0 liter Aluminum Body) These models are sold under the Donato DiGiacopo brand name since 2004. Since Leland is the authorized distributor, we will warranty these to be free from material defect for one year after the date of purchase. Rubber components and spare parts may be purchased. We can repair these units for a small charge plus return freight. Units that exhibit corrosion inside the bottle are eligible for free replacement, this is usually due to using acidic water or adding citrus juice to the inside of the bottle.
